The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk away from the river and attractions like the bullring and Alcazar. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the room and shower room were spotless.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. there was a lack of hot water, and we were told to run the tap for 20 minutes which seemed wasteful.

I really liked the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to downtown and I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. having access to the room 24 hours a day through keys and a front door code was very convenient. I didn't have to worry about being locked out or having to coordinate with anyone to get into the hotel.

That the room I booked in advance didn't have a large bed as requested. Instead, it had two separate beds which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep.

Great value for money! The room was perfect, clean, and comfortable with a fantastic view. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were amazing, accommodating my early check-in and allowing me to store my luggage until my bus. I would definitely stay here again.

The kids loved playing in the spacious playground and riding bikes through the beautiful gardens. It was the perfect place for them to run around and burn off some energy before bedtime.

My wife says that a small play area or games room for children would have been a great addition.
